Join us for a Virtual Yoga Class with Katy.
Fill in your contact info and you will be emailed steps to follow to sign up for this weeks upcoming classes. Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursday 9am EST and Sundays 7pm EST. Payments welcome through Venmo, Zelle, Quickpay, or Paypal. Once paid you will be sent the class zoom link.
Class disclaimer: All classes are done at your own risk, contact your doctor prior to class if you have specific health conditions or email us and we will suggest concerns prior to class. This is a safe virtual space, anyone who displays insulting or inappropriate gestures or demonstrates discrimination of any kind will be removed immediately without a refund.
